Ok....their is in fact car kissing in the first movie. And we do see younger cars that are smaller than regular cars....so they do indeed ”grow”.....and.....*gaaaahhhhhhhh*

On what are headlights in the cars universe: in Cars 1 we do see a pair of fan girl cars that literally ”flash” McQueen with them during the beginning of the movie. So yeah, they are . No I don’t know how that all works either.
